F.L.O.A.T.I.B.O.I is a nearshore autonomous trash collecting robot.
It incorporates an intelligent material identification system that will allow it to actively search and identify plastic debris. It then captures and stores the plastic it identifies. Ultimately, the garbage will be collected at docking stations and recycled and/or up-cycled by local waste management services.
